Abernathy flower shop delivered Mothers Day flowers from my son. One daisy was so wilted the petals were dropping over the center of the flower, another daisy is also wilted just not as much. There is a "stock" flower that the blooms are so dried out they are crispy! They are pink, the lady argued with me that they are lavender, I told her they are as pink as the pink alsteromeria. She said we didn't get any pink, I told her well I did! She kept arguing that the flowers were lavender not pink, after I hung up I looked at my other sons bouquet and it truly has lavender stock so I know what I'm talking about. As for the wilted flowers she said they just got the flowers this morning and I told her they need to change suppliers as these flowers are not acceptable to be sent out. She asked me if they were left on the porch, I told her no, we were here. I can't believe they would use a delivery service that would leave them on the porch! My son that ordered them was here and was also unhappy and said they do not have as many flowers as the photo he ordered from.
What made me so mad is she argued with me, I never got ugly but I've never had a "so called professional " argue with me, whether I was returning a purchase or anything else. This is a very unprofessional flower shop and I would not advise anyone to shop there or 1800Flowers as that is where the flowers were ordered from. Poorest quality business I have ever encountered!
She also told me it should have 6 roses, it has 5 roses! The card doesn't even have my son's name on them so if he hadn't been here I wouldn't have known which son sent them.
